Lavender Care Agency is a domiciliary care agency providing adult care and support in Wallington, Charshalton and Sutton  area. We are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and strive to provide our clients with the highest and most reliable level of support available. Our caring, empathetic and professional support staff will visit you in your home in order assess your care needs and put together a bespoke care package tailored to your individual requirements and budget. From 30 minute visits all the way up to 24-hour care, our fully trained staff are on hand to provide care in the comfort of your own home.

Our Supported living Home


Our accommodation is decorated to a high standard, well equipped with resources continually reviewed and expanded to maintain a high standard. With 6 double bedrooms, each persons’ room is thoughtfully decorated and furnished, this includes a wardrobe, chest of draws, double bed, bedding, a bedside table with a desk for studying purposes. We have decorated the room, to make it homely for them. With a capacity of 4 plus with an office-sleep in facility the property has a well-resourced office with facilities to enable staff to work including during the night. For security of those who stay with us, staff and our premises, we have CCTV systems covering both the back and front of the houses. Our premises are manned by staff 24/7 and at no point will service users be left on their own. We run 12-hour shifts with our staff working on a flexible shift basis.


About Lavender Care Agency Supported Living

Lavender Care Agency is a regulated service resource for people aged between 25 - 65 years of age, who are identified by the Local Authority and in need of support and accommodation.

At Lavender Care Agency we offer every one of our residents to experience the best quality of life they can have in the care setting. We are a person-centred service with therapeutic input, placing an emphasis on enabling those who have been categorised as having Learning disabilities having difficulties to live on their own and will rely heavily on the services provided by doctors and nurses and other health and social care providers, especially primary care to live as independently as they can. The aim of the service is to help individuals learn what it means to live appropriately in the community. Lavender Care Agency accepts people from diverse religious, cultural, ethnic and sexuality backgrounds.

Lavender Care Agency also offers respite care. The staff will ensure that everyone is made aware that they are cared for and valued through boundaries set within their safety and their presenting behaviours and the staff make it their mission to persevere in trying to help them.

Personal Care

Help with daily personal routines such as washing, dressing and getting ready in the morning. Help with maintaining personal hygiene with dignity and respect. We provide personal grooming as well as shaving with an electric razor. We provide toilet assistance and incontinence care. We offer practical home help with cooking meals diet selection and feeding. We help manage medication and promote a healthy diet.

Monitoring Visits

Check food expirations:
We offer practical home help monitoring all foods in the kitchen for expiry.
Monitor diet and eating:
We offer practical home help with cooking meals diet selection and feeding.
Taking out garbage:
General cleaning or one off cleaning tasks and tidying and dusting.
Assistance with laundry:
We can help with any general domestic duties, including cleaning and laundry.
Medication reminders:
Manage medication and promote a healthy diet and gentle exercise.

Dementia Care

Provide Dementia Care
We provide consistent company and stable routines proven to help manage Dementia.
Activities:
Specialist activities and interaction including reminiscence, life histories, cognitive stimulation therapy, advanced communications and behavioral support.
Maintain good health and nutrition:
We promote, healthy eating, balanced diet and help get some exercise. The longer you stay fit and healthy, the better your quality of life will be.
Assistance with walking:
Physical assistance and support to move safely around the home.
Shopping Assistance:
Help with everyday tasks such as getting up and being prepared for the day as well as shopping.
Provide respite care:
Family members, or other guardians, need to be relieved due or holidays or other respite needs.

Live-in Care:
Our live-in carers provide in the home, round-the-clock care for people who are frail and vulnerable and are available from waking until bedtime and are there in case they are needed during the night.
